We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, and your item must not be a made-to-order pre-order. For more details, see our FAQ page.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, you will need to post the return using a tracked and signed for delivery service. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package once your return is requested. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, neither will items that are lost in transit or damaged in transit.
Custom styles are are strictly refundable for store credit, or for free exchanges. This is due to the selected styles being produced on a wholly made-to-order basis.

Rentals are non refundable. For any queries regarding our rentals reach out to email@example.com or send us a dm at @HerNameWasIdah. Dry cleaning is included in our rental fee, so feel free to return the item in the protective bag worn, we'll do the rest. Items returned with unremovable stains or significant damage will be charged at their retail price, however they will be dry cleaned and returned to you to keep. If there is a style you would love to rent but isn't currently listed as a rental, or you would like one of our styles customised for rent, reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or pre-orders. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your return. Returns on our lingerie are taken on a case by case basis, as due to hygiene reasons we cannot resell the lingerie pieces that have been returned to us.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Late delivery does not change our policy.
